Step 2:
Prove legal Substance including Office and Local directors(minimum 2 directors) plus one MLRO(合规)
Note: They need to prove fit and proper fitness and relevant industryexperiences.
As legally required, min.2 local directors are required by IOMFSA sinceOctober 2018 .
